how to use:

Option 1: Draw the milk into the hands-free cup, and assemble the parts

Then put it inside the bra and fit it properly on the breast and connect the tube to the Spectra pump

Option 2: Connect the parts with Spectra bundles and then connect the tube to the Spectra pump
