Breast Care Massage TIP

1- Massage the breast from the outside to the inside in circular motion using the palm.

2- Push in to nipple to the center with fingers to relax and soften lumps.

3- Press the nipple with thumb and index finger to soften areola.

4- Gently grab the breast with both hands and press it slightly to nipple in up & down and left & right direction.

HOW TO USE:

1- Store in fridge for about 30 mins!

Take out Cabbage Breast Cooling Ball from the fridge when it is the

appropriate temperature for cool massage.

2- Remove the cap.

3- Check the temperature on palms, arms, and then roll onto the sensitive skin area gently.

4- Massage softly for 10 minutes.
